You go to school?

Tonight as I sat down with Angela to get my pedicure done... the guy doing the pedicure looked up at me as he began prepping my toes... and asked...
"So you in school?"
Or "Hows school?"
I forget what exactly he said but it was one of those questions :-)
I was like...
"I'm not in school..."
He said
"You don't go to school?"
Me "Im married." :-)
Him "Ow!! you're married? but I thought you were 18"
Then Angela next to me says "Yea and shes got 2 Kids!"
Him "2 KIDS!?"
I know I look young.. but really... 18? Do I look 18?
I dont think I do...
I guess thats a good thing.
People at Angelas baby shower thought I was in the youth group.. and then when they found out I was Pastor Travis' wife... they were like "whoa...."
To make things even more weird someone at the manicure place thought Angela was my mom! Now really... Angela for one does not look THAT OLD and I def. dont look young enough to be her kid.
This youthfulness is a blessing I know... I am not complaining :-) I just find it humorous hehe.
We had a wonderful time though...
Pedicures, Japanese Steakhouse, and then to end... TARGET!! It was nice to be able to discuss whatever we wanted without "Do you need to go potty?" "Give that back to him" "Ok... obey....." haha.. we miss those conversations at the end of the day ... but its a nice break to be able to talk uninterrupted every now and then :-)
I had a wonderful time Kelly & Angela! We need to do that more often!

you do look very young- but not young enough to be angela's kid!! people told me i looked to young to be married and a mom, until recently. i think this pregnancy has aged me or something!!

Maybe a tini tiny bit more grown up looking but not aged ;-)

I went out with girl friends to night too...someone told me that they had no clue that I was in my 30s...hehehehe
I do love having a little time to myself, but it's always good to come back to our precious little ones isn't it?? :) You do look younger than your age, but not THAT young! And Angela for SURE doesn't look old enough to be your mother!! It's funny what some people's perspectives are:)
That is great to hear that you had a nice time, I love my girls but even an hour away to Target is really nice alone once in awhile :) Have a great weekend!
Sounds like a fun night. I don't know about 18. You look young, but not teenager young.
Not to be rude, but I totally think you could pass for 18-20. lol But yes, I agree, later in life you will appreciate looking younger..specially if you keep take care of your skin the way you do.

Maybe after birthing a few more kids ill look my age.
I wonder.. does my hair being short make me look young? Kelly and Angela thought so.. Think it may be time to grow back out.
I'm turning 30 and still have people asking "still in school" LOL

People think I'm way younger than I really am ALL THE TIME! lol. I'm 27 and just recently someone asked me if I was old enough to vote!
I suppose it will be a blessing in a few years...
You DO look quite young! I work in a School and one of the Workers there was like trying to figure out WHO was the Teacher!! I was between 2 Middle School girls walking in the Hallway. LOL Unbelievable. Oh and I'm 31 so I think I've got you beat. lol I get this a lot and people tell me I'll like it when I'm OLDER! :)
Oh there was another time last month--both times are very recently and I was at the Dr.'s getting ready to get a Catscan. Well, when I was about to check in....the Woman thought I was a kid. I was so embarrassed. I think it's because I wear bangs all the time in public.
